Actually there aren't so many maps featuring the Italians. It won't take long to check it out yourself. But I can say for sure that you can find the m13/40 in the custom maps "battle of keren" and "tobruk siege night v3". The Carro Armato M13/40 can be found on the fan-made Bardia map.

The Fiat 508 C.M. was shown after the release of 2.4 and it isn't in the files either, but I think you mention the Fiat 626 truck which are present in Sidi Rezegh and Vossenack but I ain't sure if it is in other maps too.

The Carro Armato M13/40 can be found on the fan-made Bardia map.

It can also be found on Gazala, Siege of tobruk and Sidi Rezegh.
