When you can's say something good about yourself, just try to make the voters think the other guys sucks even more then you so that they vote on you :)

pretty much. Either that or distance yourself as far from your own party as possible (if they are unpopular that season), or just say the words 9/11 and everyone will fall in line.

Never noticed ? All their political ads are about throwing with mud on the opponents. They never seem to make a TV commercial about the content of their campaign, always to make the other guy black.
