FH mod for BF42 Origin, how?

Hi.
For some years ago I used to play FH mod for BF42, but then I stopped play BF42 and FH-mod.
Now that EA have released BF42 for free, I have downloaded it again and I have playing it with my friends at my school.
I have told them about FH-mod, so I downloaded FH-mod at this site, but it's say something with the version. Then I go to this forum and look around and found this link http://www.somua.com/files/bf1942/mods/Forgotten_Hope_0.7_origin_win7.exe.
I clicked on the link but the link is under maintenance or something like that. I can't get FH-mod.
So is there a another link for FH mod?

Now I have downloaded it. When I double click the file, it's extract it and I get 2 files.
Setup.exe and PFC_Toolbox_setup.exe
Which one should I use first? And does it work on Windows XP as well?
