Unable to install

I have downloaded FH2 from Fileplanet but having trouble reading and installing.

I am using Vista x64 but when I click on the file my PC freeze and looks like its trying to load but I get Not Responeding?

Can anyone shed some light on my issues.

O and right click I get the same thing.
