Ping shows 0 in Server Browser

We have been trying to work out a few kinks with the new FH2 server we have setup. It seems that we have hit a bit of a roadblock. People can load into the server without issue, but the ping is listing as zero on the server browser. In game their pings are normal. I am sure we have opened the correct ports, are we missing something.

If the clients who are connecting to your server see zero in the server browser, it could mean that the router of your game server is blocking ping attempts from other systems. Check your firewall setting. IGMP or something like it.

If you are seeing a ping of zero because you are logged in to FH2 on your game server, then I say that it is working as designed.

What's the ipadres, hostname and name of the game server. I could run a test.
Is it a public gameserver ?

Yes it is a public game server. Any help you can give is much appreciated. We have unlocked all the ports we can but the server list still shows the server at a 0 ping.

First picture show that other game browser programs can ping your server.

Second picture shows your server and that of the 762 with the ingame browser. Yours shows 0 that from 726 gives a response.

Third picture is me first pinging 762 server and getting response and then pinging your server and getting no response.

Now, who is hosting your server and are they allowing the server to be pinged.  I am assuming that the ingame browser does nothing more then a ping on the ipadres of your server.

It should be able to be pinged, I will ask the guy that is working on this. He had it working for a short while today, but then it stopped.
