Depends on who you are asking. According to an English report, "senior engineer and electrical specialist, Otto Zadnik told an independent observer - one of those present when earlier vehicles were examined - that the performance of the Maus was equal to that of the Panther. The Maus was very easy to handle and had enormous tractive power, for it was able to negotiate gradients up to 39 degrees."
This statement was also backed up by Ferry Porsche's memoirs "the engineers involved in the trials and even neutral observers were convinced the Maus was no way inferior to the Tiger in terms of maneuverability... My father himself drove the Maus a number of times and thoroughly satisfied with the 20 kph (12.4. mph) capability of this quick design."
But yes, Kummersdorf would make a fun map with 1st Ukrainian Front vs. the Maus 205/02, Volkssturm and some elements from the PzKp Kummersdorf. One of those funnies was supposedly the immobile test version of VK.45.02 (P) -
