Off-Topic / Re: Attacks on Paris 14/11/2015

I don't exactly follow ISIS' motive behind these attacks. The only thing it's going to lead to is tighter border control and more anger towards them. I guess the overall tensions between muslims and the rest might lead to ISIS' popularity and increase in recruitment, but I kind of doubt it.

The sick part of me kind of wants ISIS to do this thing in Russia. Then they would get the absolute shit kicked out of them after that.

My guess all of the attackers, just like with Charlie Hebdo are born and raised in France. The Banlieue are a good breeding ground for angry and frustrated young men who turn to extreme idiocy to vent their frustration. Bleh frigging nutcases.

Anything but Oranjeboom, headache garantuued and your intestines will rot away. Hoegaarden remains the best and on occasion la chouffe or affligem. Starting to appreciate Whiskey more and more, accompanied with a good cigar, Glenlivet is quit ok.

And value "0.15" - actually what does it mean? Is it 0.15xdistance=round spread [m] ?
No, that would result in 15m of random spread while shooting at your target from 100m and that obviously doesn't happen in FH2. This is how it works on an example of MG42:

...A deviation of 0.2 translates to a spread of 0.34m at 100m...
Assuming code works the same way for other weapons, it means that with deviation of 0.15 you can get a random spread of ~25cm from a distance of 100m which is pretty close to fuck all.

So why every time I fire a gun, the round goes in completely different direction?

Maybe the factory your tanks are coming from put the guns in backwards?  ???

Wilhelm thank you. Laugh of the day for me  :)

Happy things: I've got access to here again after over a week of inaccessibility.  I'm sure my presence was greatly missed.

Also, I got a new job.

I was just talking to my colleagues the other day over at the watercooler "you know who I have seen for a long time on the FH forum .."
So what line of work are you in?
Ozone.  But mostly I spend my days sloshing water about inside 5L bottles.

I do miss Lainer from time to time he brought some common sense to these threads...
I never got that impression...
I miss angrybeaver.  He was always a beacon of common sense and normality around here.

More angry then beaver though. Lainer had sense, you just have to work very hard to discover it, but once you do ...

I am trying to wrap my head around this. It is on Norwegian TV, but it is in Dutch synchronised. Do you have any clue what he is talking about? I can understand it.

The cigarettes are flavoured with chocolate or vanilla. They add that in the factory. That why a fresh open pack of malboro's smell nice, but will loose the smell after a while. The best coffee smell for me is when I drink the coffee cup empty, leave it for an hour and then the smell of the residue is just yamm!!
I work for a Coffee company nowadays so might be biased :-)
