Hi, I need help with this CTD bug. I have tried everything but I am just not able to fix it, can you please help?

Can someone please help? I've tried everything I am capable of trying, but I need help.

I have updated patches 1.41 and 1.5. I have used the FH2 launcher. I have updated my graphics card/driver and updated DirectX. I've tried everything but I can't fix it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
