Ohh, do you think there's a way to transfer the zoom code from the stationary MGs from FHSW to any tank in FHSW?

Also, I tried your code, it did not work! No matter what I try... But I'm trying it in FHSW, could that be why?

Thank you for showing me this brilliance! Wow, finally after all those years, I have been waiting so long for this!!! Do you know if there's a text document in the game files that you could modify to change only the tank crosshair zoom camera?

FH1 is out of developement for few years now. The dev team members had changed through the time and I don't know how many of them are here from FH1 days and they probably don't have time to work with FH1 anymore. From what I know it is not possible so easily and It would require much more work than replacing few lines in notepad and should be done with every single vehicle individual.

Thanks for the reply :) It makes sense that it could be more complicated than notepad only. I'm not giving up though, I like Forgotten Hope 1 as well as FH2, wanna keep them both.

I considered this recently and understood that it's impossible. There is opportunity to make zoom for whole tank (including all internal and external views), but it will look strange.

Really?? What is this opportunity?? I don't mind if it will look strange, anything would be appreciated at this point! Please do tell me!

Some levels are set to only be takeable by infantry. If you modify this stuff, you might get kicked by Punkbuster when playing MP for modified file archives.

Absolutely, that's why I keep a backup of my original files to play MP, so I have a SP set of files, and a MP set of files. Can you help me change my flag capture radius? Thanks

It just bothers me when I practice on SP, and I can't capture a flag without leaving my tank behind, then suddenly getting it stolen by one of my teammates!!!!!!

Is there a specific line I can alter somewhere in the levels folder to increase capture radius and be able to capture a base without leaving my treasure? Like in Cobra for instance, when you park beside the wall to cap, very practical!

Help would be outstanding!

Is there a way to modify the files in FH1 to make the tanks zoom as much through the scope as in FH2?
Maybe replace some line in a tank mod file from a sniper rifle file (all this inside a .rfa file)?

Is there a way to have a 360 view on the top of desert tanks? (3rd position in tank)
If not, is there a way to modify that in the objects_vehicles_server.zip file in the FH2 folder ?

Found an other solution!
If anyone else is interested:

It's in GamePlayObjects.con in any map server.zip file

I have to change the Id in: ObjectTemplate.setControlPointId 103
to any other Id that spawns quicker.

Whenever I play a map like Goodwood or Siege of Tobruk, tanks spawn a little later in coop for balancing purposes. But is there a way to alter the time they spawn?
