Rising Storm Expansion For RO2

So i heard about this last year & recently i noticed a Dev from FH2 that had "Dev" signatures for Rising Storm. Krätzer   

 There has never been a mod specifically for the Pacific Theater & this one looks quite good.

 Apparently the release date has been set for early 2013: http://www.moddb.com/mods/rising-storm

 Any more info on this?

  There is a whole gaggle of FH2 devs working on this as I recall.  If you catch the tale end of the RO2 thread there is a bunch of stuff regarding this mod.

 Is this why it will take 1-2 years to release Eastern Front or no?
