I have fixed the CMP update bug

Great Khan:
After months of no luck trying to get the updater to run, nor manually updating it, I have solved the issue. I saw that it was always stuck on the same folder, /fh2/localisation/vietnamese, so I go there and I see there is no vietnamese folder, so I create one and what do I know, the updater immediately continues!

So if anyone has the same issue in the future, just create the missing folder.

That means your FH2 is not up to date, Vietnamese localization was added in latest version and due to unforeseen circumstances the CMP updater does not gracefully handle that.

That's weird, since my copy is fully up to date.
