Messages - Phantom

Hello my friends,

i was wondering if there is any option to quiet down or mute the player sounds in FH2?
I'm talking of the "Commo-Rose" Messages, not the ingame Voicechat.

They appear to be much too loud compared to the rest of the ingame sounds and quite annoying on full servers since some people use the same messages rapidly.
Also, it feels pretty stupid when you sit in a lonely position and continuously hear someone shouting orders in your ear because some of these messages seem to be heard on global range.

Thanks in advance.

I'm going to take a wild guess, but no real promises yet, that we'll be doing more of these later in the future! :)
Ostfront stream would be awesome!

Nice stream.
We love you too.

Oh my god, kill it with fire!

Does anyone of you know a decent K98 rifle?
The Dboys spring/gas versions sound pretty bad imho with theyr shell mechanism.
Tanaka sounds well, but the price is quite high. How about the G&G co2?

Maybe he banned you for some other reasons....
Did you wait in line for your Stuka takeoff or did you just take the plane.

Yeap, I used some sort of paint which is originally used for metal parts in indoor fireplaces. This is why you need to heat it up to ~180 degrees. After that you get a nice matt metallic surface.

(this is where I got the idea from)

As I already mentioned I did not like ICS Garand's metal surface, so I'm recently doing something about it... =)

Let us see some pics. :)

Marushin M1 Garand has a quite accurate loading mechanism.
Dboys/Marushin K98 even have fake bullets.
But none of these do perform well in games. I think the Garand Aeg is a reasonable compromise between realism and 'playability'.

I remember when there wasn't a good M1 Garand on the market and folks had to modify M14s, there were some really good project threads around then.
Yeap, I remember one conversion a german player made:

http://oxatarms.blogspot.de/2012/01/m1-garand-aeg-conversion-ii.html
Pretty impressing in my oppinion.

The ICS Garand looks quite decent to me. Nice woodstock, high quality internals. The only thing i dislike is the sound of the gearbox and the metal part's finish (typical for ICS, the clear black coating).
I got mine second hand so it has a new mosfet and a slightly decreased muzzle velocity.

CA is a quite underrated producer in my opinion.
The CA Aug Models are (externally) the best Aug you can get on the market.
I can't speak of the internal quality since i got mine second hand, with upraded parts etc.

Hi lads,

Unfortunately no WW2 stuff, and no reenacting.
Inspired by the Austian 'Jagdkommando'.

best regards
