Any aussies from melbourne/victoria? (or who know the place)

One of my friends is in australia for 6 months. She's looking for places to visit and stuff to do in Melbourne and victoria. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Botanical Garden, take a walk along Yarra River, hang out in Federation Square, Flinders St. Station, St. Kilda Beach.

The city also has a very big Chinatown and Indonesian population if you like to try Asian food.

My friend says thank you! she will try that out. I especially told her to try out chinatown because i have seen it pop up alot on review sites of melbourne
