I really like how uniquely PEB plays.
It is large, so youre not stuck in the same areas, but still traversable by foot
The push mode keeps the fighting concentrated, but there are two avenues of attack = options
The two push corridors are joined at the front rather than the back; interesting difference
The flag zones are close quarters
The region in between flags is a mix of close-medium range
The hills/hedgerows surrounding PEB and the separating waters of the port provide long range encounters
Few tanks, few pickup AT kits, but lots of satchels, so infantry-tanks are symbiotic
Beautiful map as a whole
Variation in the layout of the city, the statics, and the trenches outside the city
If I were to describe the feel at this point, I would say the fighting feels like Bardia, but the flags are capped much differently.
