sv.spawntime 1

...to the end of your gamelogicinit.con file (in ...\mods\fh2), and you only have to do it once... ;)



Just following up; Do I write the 'sv.spawntime 1' right at the end of the gamelogicinit.con line with no spaces or punctuations?

Wanting to know: Is there any way I can go from Auto to semi Auto on rifles like the STG44 and ESPECIALLY the FG42--that thing's a GREAT gun-especially if you got the scope--but impossible to hit anything on full auto.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't there supposed to be a map/mission for Falaise Gap? I went through the SP list & can't seem to find it anywhere---at least NOTHING named 'Falaise';

Ran a few ops against them...by gosh, what the heck can kill them? 2 pounders, 50mm, AT Rifles---non of them seems to do anything except scratch the paint. What can I use against them?

Guys:

Been TOTALLY hooked on operation cobra & the German battle to hold the watermill; that place seems to be a keystone...if you can hold on to it and attrite the enemy; not only does it have it's share of 'oh shit' moments but some the best sound effects ever heard in a game; so here is my question: where did they get the sound for the 20mm flak gun & the PAK/tank main gun? When you hear a 75mm PAK or an 88 or a panther's 75 fire, the sound is amazing. Same with the 20mm-the combo of the percussion of the firing and the 'metallic' sound of the actions working is really something.

 The ammo crates are JUST near the flags? Do they at least show up on the map as 'something'?

Need a hint about something: How do I find the ammo crates to resupply with;

Also...finding crew served weapons on the map; do they have icons to designate them: AT Guns, AA Guns, GPMGs, rocket mortars etc...

Thanks...now I have a NEW question: I can't drive an armored vehicle unless I can switch to 'camera trail' view; the guide says "c" will give me that but it never works when I am driving. I other ideas?

Have had a few rides on a tank & sometimes I get to play gunner/driver; what do I press to fight the gunsight for the tank's main gun & co-ax? I have tried the 'Left Control' to drop down but no joy.

Not being able to communicate with the bots is something you'll have to get used to I'm afraid, and yes it shits me too... :)
So I can't call for help or tell my AI Minions NOT to rush headlong to their deaths?
How about this: Is there a 'keycard' that tells me what the commands/actions are? I can't seem to find it anywhere;

As a squadleader you can tell them where they should attack or defend, but not where not to die. ^^
The keycard you are looking for is the controls-setup under the options tab in the game. The key called "coms rose" (standard key is Q), iirc, is the one you want to set for yourself.

So then I have to be the 'squad leader' position to be able to 'command/lead/whatever' my bots or tell them: cover me or hold here or follow me? OK...I shall loiter about here for more info from time to time.
