Please do not call this map Classic Charlie Sector if it does not even look the slightest like it. its confusing.

Look dude, its 2 hours work so far, as a mapper you should know what that means... And, tell you what, its port from FH1, which means terrain is clone from original, or maybe you are aiming at terrain textures? 20 min work ;P

So, if you dont know what alpha version means then take a hike... And leave this thread to people who know what alpha version means, and come back in few weeks to have ANYTHING to say about the looks of the map... Becouse right now commenting on that is just retarded and pointless.

- Why i released such an early version?
- Becouse i needed to know about distances overally, before i focus closely on anything else, as if i would work on visual appearence now, and the size was incorrect (like it showed to be) all that work would go to trash can, that would be kinda un-ergonomic way to do it, kapujesz? ;)

Omg ! Even if the map looks great so far, it MUST NOT BE A Mountain AFTER THE CLIFF !!! Normandy is made of bocage, open fields, not Alps ! or Everest !

The whole terrain is wrong scale, i am now re-exporting and re-importing terrain from 0 ;)

The thing is, you dont know how the maps looks yet, as its not been showed... Exept very early alpha test version, which had nothing right (And that was not the idea). The scale of the map showed to be around... at least overally 2 times too small. And THAT is what i wanted to test by releasing this version, not the map looks at all =)

Well, first of all, i will try to make an exact clone from FH1, then, i will consider any adjustments that might end up even better then original, thanks for the link, it will be surely usefull when the time comes =)

To avoid any future confusion, you might hold back on posting pics next time, or post with them clearly that it is an alpha test and that colours and terrain are totally unfinished. This thread has the pics on the first page without any comment on that. The fact that people couldn't post feedback on the terrain/colouring only came later.

Just my friendly advice :)
