Its a problem on my side, all tanks have tracks like that for me in the editor, not an large problem trough since I don't have it ingame.

The tracks you're looking at in the editor will not render alpha texture maps properly, ingame they look different. If you want to see it properly go to the modding section and find Remduls Meshviewer.

If you wonder now what an alpha texture or alpha mapping is:
it's a technique in 3D computer graphics where an image is mapped (assigned) to a 3D object, and designates certain areas of the object to be transparent or translucent.

Typical example are tank tracks.. they would end too high poli.

I would love to have seen a Devblog on Gold Beach...

I never realized how talented Ts4EVER was.......
Why the hell are you guys so secretive?

You should be proud when YOUR map gets the greenlight & let the community follow along while its being made. You might .....

...God For Bid......get the community interested & generate some enthusiasm.

I forgot but who made Omaha?

They deserve allot of respect and a cold beer.

Also, can someone explain when a map is in Alpha & Beta? I have a general idea.

Beregil and Schism made Gold Beach

Many Devs were involved in Omaha, Ts4ever completed it.

The road to Omaha was a bumpy one... Lobo originally wanted to make it for 2.2 (I believe that is when the special bunker statics were made), but he had to leave for personal reasons. Then Mr Cheese (of Sfakia and Lebisey fame) wanted to finish the map, but it turns out there was something wrong with the heightmap, so he made a new heightmap. Then he also had to leave. This was shortly before 2.45 IIRC. After that, the torch was picked up by Remick04, who sat down and fleshed out the beach part so it could be tested. It worked quite well, although sadly he had included SPR style bunkers which stirred some controversy. Then real life struck again and he had to leave. Then in the autumn of last year I took over the map, deleted all unhistorical stuff and built the village and church area. In the final stretch before release, Stubbfan also added more details and he also coded the ship and made the tank turret. So it was finally finished  ;D

I don't really notice the crawling animation issue.

I just notice that some weapons have a different sprinting animation, like comparing the Enfield to the Springfield.
