http://www.bbc.com/news/health-36275877I think this service about gender clinics should be promoted more. Glad to have real science on action rather than politically motivated SJWs.
I once have a tomboy female friend who never really have the chance to express his different nature. She is glad to have me as her male friend, and think of me as his bro. Another physical feature would be his short hair and flat chest. Funnily, after several years, he seems to have grown boobs (she must have them plastered). I ask him what happened (our language is gender neutral). He says, "dunno, puberty maybe?" I found out that she already has a boyfriend. I didn't ask if she still wants to be a boy, but yeah our society is pretty difficult sometimes, but she is now struggling with her own inner demon, regretting about the past, ashamed of things... and wonder if she should have continued to be a gay transgender.
That's the last time I met her. At that time, I am still a very stereotypical third-world educated man, quite religious, looking down at such problem with disgust and pity at the same time. But now, I kinda regretted that I didn't advise her to go somewhere open and ask for professional help. You can only be conservative for so much, after making too many exceptions.
