Working out on young age makes you fat later on. This is a gentle warning, ill laugh at you in 20 years. Go with it like you re now, get a physical side job, like working in a warehouse. Grow some natural muscles wannabs
well, as always moderation is important. you dont need to exaggerate everything. of course there are people who take some strange stuff, dont do anything else etc. and look ridicolous (especially when they also use tanning cream xD).
but i dont think there is anything to say against some sports and training as long as you feel well. also a good nutrition is important - not some strange stuff put together.
i´m looking quite normal right now and im not plainning to become any heavier. and i am far from an expert or lunatic in sports.

I started working out towards the end of last summer from a break up and gradually continued. Checked my weight today, and I'm 52.6 Kg. 49.5 was a few weeks back
yeah, you will become heavier in the next years. also as long as you feel well you should be fine. there are just people who seem to have the luck or curse to burn everything they eat super fast.
