Shotguns were almost never used in the European Theater.

It would acutally make more sense if you made an effort and try to find shotguns that were not american. Why would we need 5 types fo amercian shotguns for?

I don't know, but Russians received Winchesters by Lend-Lease. And the British had a semi-automatic shotgun that was used by Comandos.

If we're on the topic of shotguns, this would actually be pretty cool to have apart from the suggested American types.

IZH-43 (Soviet shotgun)

Though I assume they were very limited in use?

HOLY CRAPP!! I did not know they existed!! After research, I concluded that at least 3,000 were made from this information: http://world-war-2.wikia.com/wiki/IZH-43. It looks alot like the M30. Maybe we can have it as the Russian farmer kit  ;D ;D?

Yes, but after hundreds of rifles were lost in 1941, there was little weapons to arm the home guard, so they went on this compromise.

I agree that more shotguns should be added to FH2. For starters, how about the trenchgun?

Shotguns were almost never used in the ETO, as stated above.  The Winchester pump action already in game is already over-represented essentially.
