I was wondering about that too. It looks like the P-40 on Sidi Bou Zid but a different paint scheme.

This is the American version of the P-40 on Sidi Bou Zid and it doesnt have that much yellow on the front and the one in pizzamans pic looks green aswel.

The screenshots for these promo pictures were taken during FH2.45 beta testing. Sidi Bou Zid used to have several place holder vehicles from FH1, including a P38 lightning, before FH2 planes were made.

Don't worry, development has started again. One map for the next patch is already finished. It's not a Russian map, but there is some new equipment on it that Theta might like 

I'm guessing Churchill AVRE since it's still upcoming in the vehicles list.
