Isn't that for SLs only? I thought the usual grunt had "Charge" in the middle of the comm rose.

After playing for a while in good old FH0.7 I knew quite a few sentences in Russian, Polish, Italien, Japanese and all, that was great :)

Same here. I'm already recognizing some of the Italian stuff. It's actually not very hard. Fuoco = fire, posizione =  (guess!) , etc.

as long as we are on the subject of comme rose: can we have the immediate comme rose changes to "spotted" ? so when you hit "q" the first thing the mouse is over is "spotted"

That's already implemented. When using a binocular it reads 'Auto' in the middle which is your old 'spotted'.

yes, but you need  binoculars for that. what if you're in a tank and spot someone? or just a plain soldier?

In a tank you have sights which act as binoculars, with which you are able to spot.
A simple soldier will shout a warning without indicating it on the map.
Very simple actually and everything with the same center button.
