Title asks it all. I’m limited to a laptop as well, if anyone could offer some decent suggestions on what I should get I’d highly appreciate that as well!

As the mod is based on a 15 year old game you don't need a space shuttle to run it. My potato is pretty old, CPU AMD FX 8200 or something close and my CPU is a Nvidia GTX 660 and I still run it at max settings.
