Before each battle of this campaign we want to present you with the upcoming map to give you a better feeling of how awesome this campaign is going to be. This week we will start by showing off a little of "FHT Husky Landing" which is going to be played in Scrim One. We also present to you two brand-new features: Jumping out of C-47 transport plane flyovers and decoy paratroopers. Both bring gameplay and atmosphere to a completely new level!

Scrim #1 Husky Landing____________________________________________________________________________
"Husky Landing" is a rework of the successful FHT map Biazza Ridge. While the original map takes place after the paratroopers have seized control of the ridge and fight off the German counterattack, "Husky Landing" features the actual landings in the area. With this map we follow the tradition of replaying some of the great maps of earlier campaigns as scrims. We also want to give both armies the opportunity to get a feeling for our 2 other para-drop maps to be played during the campaign.
This leads us to the new features. For the first feature our modding team modified the existing FH2 C-47 flyover and added a spawn-point so that players can jump out of those instead of just randomly spawning in the air. The second feature is decoy paratroopers dropping out of those C47s. This constantly fills the sky with parachutes and, beside the awesome look of it, makes it harder for axis to tell where the attacks are coming from. Believe us, parachutes everywhere make you paranoid!
