I get like 95% of any sorts of information from the internet, be it news, random facts about foreign areas or just how to find a new physician who doesn´t suck.
So yeah, the last weeks felt like living in some backwards time like the 90s. 

You mean in front of your PC with your eyes glued to the screen and the curtains closed?

I already do that for work, but now I can also watch cute kittens in my freetime.

When my internet connection broke, I wasn't willing to bear such a long time. After a week or two I bought a mobile stick and attached it to my desktop PC. If you don't watch any videos, the traffic consumption is acceptable, even for an occasional game session now and then.

So, I just smoked my first pipe. The tobacco I chose for this occasion was Dunhill Early Morning Pipe, which is rather mild in strength. It turns out that I seem to be terribly nicotine intolerant. I never vomited so much, so hard for so long. Tobacco is a great thing, I agree, but I shall, at least for the foreseeable future, abstain from it. By the way, how do I remove vomit from wallpaper and air conditioning ducts? Oh, dear.

Did you inhale by any chance? get the smoke in your eyes? those a big no no's if you only just start.

Well, I am of the school that one should never inhale at all, but I did not quite succeed at keeping the smoke in my mouth. When I took a puff, I could not stop the smoke from going further down than I wanted it to. On top of that, I had to fight all of the time to keep it lit. I felt the nicotine hitting me con fortem, I never felt so relaxed in my entire life-time and it was only mild to medium strength!

I am sorry for the double-post, but I have figured it out by now. The tobacco needs to be very dry to smoke reliably. Not inhaling is something that I learned while smoking. My absolute favourite is Dunhill My Mixture #965! Does anyone know what Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Sir Winston Churchill smoked? I heard that the latter prime minister also smoked pipes every now and then. May I ask if there are any other pile smokers on this forum?

I have learned alot about "friends" and actual friends. The one i once considered to be a friend, who abandoned me for a girl who gave her no freedom, is now slowly trying to re-establish contact with me

But because she dropped me like a fucking brick, i actually learned alot more about friendship this way. And i think i know wich ones who will be there, and who will not.
