I have no idea. But i guess "Defiance". Very very mediocre movie with mediocre actors. (Liev rocks in every movie though).

Quite close, but not right there. This is also a quite new movie, very new. Its also about the same war. 3 languages are spoken in this movie. I think Defiance was alot more exciting than this movie, but this movie is more a drama. The battle scene in the first pic is the only real battlescene in this movie.

The soldiers on this last pic are going to cross a frozen lake

Mayhemic.MAD is correct. Attack on Leningrad aka Leningrad it is.

I think its a good movie, without the very. I imagine its very realistic. It also have very good details, surroundings and a good mood. Not often, but a couple of times it was alittle boring. It should been more about the war or the suffering of the people and less about this journalist women and her trying to save these kids. Though that was not an essential part of the story thankfully, and all in all this movie is totally worth watching. I guess i would give it 7/10

   - And yes, i guess this movie can be called international

Been a gojira fan since I can remember  :)
I read it and then it suddenly clicked in my head. Its been a few years since I've seen the movie but I still remember most of it.
