I am the only one annoyed by the lack of cohesion, leadership and vision shown by the political leaders in Europe.
The very first time the Euro is in danger by multiple financial crisis(Bank crisis, Greece crisis, perhaps Portugal, Ireland and Spain too) and it's back to every (wo)man for himself again.
One of the bottlenecks is the European emergency fund. The financial market needs to know when, if and how it's going to come. And yet you see countries like Germany demanding veto rights for every time a request for fund is made, Finland wanting guarantees it can back out of the fund at any time. And every other country now of course wants the same thing or is bickering that nobody gets anything.
I mean, come on, you have one currency and you must take appropriate measures to uphold it and not this painful display of incompetence.
Rant off
Besides my rant, who thinks Greece is going to default(bankrupt)? It's looks like the only way to go if reforms are implemented strong and fast enough. It's time the banks and other institutions take their loses and say goodbye to whatever money Greece owns them.
Thoughts, comments ?
