Why does rifles even have cross hairs those guns are not for CQB.

I mean SMG is almost useless in CQB when rifle does the job better, at least on my case. Even in longer ranges i don't always aim because the "fake sway"(i like the sway, don't do anything for it and fireing from the hip is faster and sometimes more accurate. 

Or maybe the SMG deviation could be made a bit smaller because you cant move at all if you want to hit something. If you just stay where you are the rifle guy will surely hit you(from the hip) and he needs only one shot to kill you.

So i am suggesting if you could do something for the cross hairs or for the SMG deviation.

And I apology for my grammar, because english isn't my mother tongue and i am a bit tired .
