A mix of A and B

If I died as a Gunner, because my Tank driver was too stupid, I make my E-Button burn.

If I don't know the others before me, I am polite and wait.

But you're the gunner unless you are referring to the MG?

I am referring to the MG. But I don't like getting killed because the driver is an Idiot. So I grab the Tank by myself the next time ;-)

Thanks for clarifying, though I dislike being the gunner. I feel vulnerable

Im definitely a C person. I usually only get in a vehicle if i need it or i see one thats open. But if i fight and die in my tank and someone else takes it-I get pissed. I never spam E though.

I'm curious what the current morale is on 'waiting for objects'.

I think the types of behavior are :

A) Get-a-ticket
Wait in-line, he who waits longest gets the tank/airplane/weapon. Screw anyone who comes later!

B) Cunning as a fox
Press E like a madman, know the exact spot of the tank, count the seconds till the next spawn. Screw anyone who was standing there !

C) My Precious
Since you died in your tank, you are emotionally engaged and hence you have a RIGHT at your tank. It has your name on it, and in every way, you are entitled to it. Screw everyone else!

------------

I'm inclined to say I am somewhere between A and B, depending on who is around me (Squadmates get the A treatment, people who had the same tank for ages get the B treatment).

What *IS* however the ethical thing to do at this moment ? Let yourself be heard!

The ethical thing to do is A) Get-a-ticket
Wait in-line, he who waits longest gets the tank/airplane/weapon. Screw anyone who comes later!

Still I got elements of B and C in my behavior. The C-type thought is what makes me spawn in base though I should know better. Once I spawned in base I fall back into behavior A, with a perverted joy to execute the B-thought. I stand next to the guys waiting for the panther, just to count the seconds until the Panzer II spawns in order to vanish with it in a dustcloud waving goodbye to the boys left behind. ;D

I usually imagine my own sounds with it, like `tjunk, tupdieyupdiedee` aaa enemy spotted, ratatatataboom

Or I suppose you could just be that guy and: D) Team-Kill - Run like mad towards the tank/airplane/weapon and teamkill any f*cker who has better odds of getting it than you!

I use B but if I don't get it, I stay with the guy who did and repair him and use the mounted MG's to get megakills.

Where's the "D) don't spawn camp and be useful for the team"-option? Because I would opt for that ;)

Why some people think it's so big deal to wait for tank to respawn? On most maps you have to wait like 20-30sec. It's bigger loss for team to not have that tank back on fight immedietly than loss of one man for 30 sec. Ofcourse waiting tiger is stupid but on other tanks  :-\

Or waiting for tanks when your team don't have the required flags for the tank to spawn.

Yes, I know the sort of people. It's why I often see a hand full of tanks UNUSED in the back of the base, while we're being slaughtered on the front line because we lack heavy support....

Though with current flying physics everybody is an ace, so flying into mountain doesn't happen much.
