There is tons of unintentional humor too. There is one quest where you help a NCR guy to catch a drug dealer and gambler with stacked deck. As you move in together to bring him in, he insults the NCR guy in a very bad way. He is so enraged that he kills him instead of arresting him. Then he says something like: "He deserved it". At least normally.
For me, he drew his weapon, had to reload the mag, had to cock the rifle again because it was broken and than shot him. Then he was like "Oh my God!" I thought he was shocked about what he did but then he said: "Are you not the person who saved presidendt Kimball?" That was totally unexpected. This game is really great in doing such things ;D

Anyone knows a virusfree good mod to enable you of recruiting multiple human followers that are usually NPC.
I'd love get Red Lucy and a guard from the Mormon Fort to be followers as well  ;D

I don't think I really understand that part:

multiple human followers that are usually NPC.

First of all, you would have this: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34870/?

Do you mean those random NPCs? I also tried to find a mod but I think it only exists for Fallout 3 and the modder has ceased developement. Don't know whether it exists now. I think the name was something like Sharing and Caring.

Fallout nexus is a great adress when you look for good, virus free mods.

yeah, i mean like the fallout 3 mod that you can speak to anyone you see and ask them as follower. I read it existed for FO3, but couldn't find it for FO NV.
Thanks for the site  :)

You're welcome. I am still thinking about those lightning mods which really darken the night but I am not sure.

DL them and try, they are fun esp. combined with flashlight mod. You can always deactivate them if you won't like them. :D

There are also those mods which add more lights to see in the dark. I think you need that NVSE thingy. Never tried it as I was too lazy and did not want to mess up my Fallout.

I wanted to download this mod
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/50641/?
I read i need the NMM for it, so i got it. But when i did download via that program it said it couldn't write over stuff. So then i tried manual download, but saw that the zip contained so many files i didn't kno where to put what. Anyone knows how to solve this? (most preferably just solving the overwrite program).

Easy: Extract and put everything into your Data directory in main menu directory. Then open the launcher and select the .esp and afterwards launch the game. Should work now :)
Got no time to test it now because a) my summer job begins soon and b) my character is somewhere in Big MT.

yes, i did read similar things, but the problem is:
the manual download isn't only the esp file, but it also contains audio and other folders

The mod zipfile contains:
folder: Meshes
folder: sound
folder: textures
file: delilah.esp

The folders are full of other folders and files

So i just select all these and put them in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data
?

Sorry for being so noob in this  :-[

yeah just put'em all in there exactly like they are in Data folder, and it'll work. Insalling mods in Fallout is easier than it looks :D

After you put everything in the Data folder you have to activate the mod in the launcher (data files and you tick the right box) or alternatively you can download FOMM, Fallout Mod Manager to make mod managing a lot easier (a must have when you get the mod fever and you start installing bajillions of mods ) and then just continue playing, the content will be added and you don't have to start a new game (unless stated otherwise, but that's very very rare)
