Ted,

That is my latest heartbreak story. In my case, the girl said to me that his boyfriend is not her type, and on her status she wrote "If only I can turn back time." I might have overreacted sometimes during the waiting period, uncomfortably asking the odds of she breaking up to myself.

Eventually, she, being a very accepting person, married the guy anyway, and seemed to be quite happy.

You know, kinda like this sappy romantic song by Glenn Frey

The thing I learn observing you guys, you all seem to certain about the other girl's feeling. How do you know it? I might learn something here, since I am terrible at interpreting girl's signal.

haha cheesy song.

Well, she told me. The three of us has gone out several times the last months, this friday after drinking we all slept over my friends place. Me and her slept on the couch while he fell asleep. We couldn't sleep and lay there talking and then she told me. Then planning to meet this week just the two of us - ended up for couple of hours spooning, kissing and a bit of sleep before she went to work the next morning. (he also told me the next morning that she's into me. She's been for quite some time).

Talked with her about their relation before, he's only a great friend to her. But when talking to him he says he know how she feels and he can't stop her if she wants someone else, and he knows that it won't end happy for him (she won't grow into him) but he can't help his feelings. One time he did tell me to go for her as we seemed to get along great - and that he'd be more accepting of me with her than some random guy.
Things is, they've been close quite some time, and he has been in love for a long time - and even 6 months since they opened up to eachother he still isn't over her.

@McCloskey, haha yeah actually that's quite accurate, other than that I'm not anything like barney otherwise.

@Kalkalash, what job did you get? And yes that's a good idea, I will speak to him anyway but maybe she should as well. Otherwise I know PanzerKnacker just might have the best solution, to find someone else. Ah well, I'll meet her on thursday and we'll see, then talk to him in the weekend.

I see were you are trying to reach: "how can a 17 year old kid have such a thinking like this? why doesnt he wants to be like normal teens who whana get rich? and his plan actually makes sense, but is too damn revolutionary and good at the same time than is still doubthfull if it works..." - Damaso

@Kalkalash, normally I reserve this for Theta, but it should be well-paying. And also the past tense form of 'pay' is 'paid'. Unless you are talking about repairing ship. ;D

Anyway Ted, that is quite a situation you got there.

@Kalkalash, what job did you get?
Got hired by Moventas Wind (manufactures windmill transmissions). I'll be working at their newest plant. The exact details of my responsibilities are still unknown to me but I'm signing the contract on Wednesday and I'm guessing that's when I'll get the full briefing.

@Zoologic: I do believe that 'well-paid' is an acceptable form to describe a job that has a good salary, in addition with 'well-paying'. I did typo 'paid' though ;). But that's what you get when you spend your time on internet forums instead of proper English literature.

Oh wow, besides all the Damaso stuff, this thread turned from an overload of boy soap into a young man's counselling meeting point.

HIJOE!

Surely, meeting you here in a place like this must put a smile on my face :)

HIJACK!

I'm still disappointed that he had clothes in that picture.

Bah! That picture shouldn't even count.

I agree, it shouldn't count, you guys deserve a better picture!

But now it's too late, as I've sent the skirt off to the Vice President of Mobile at Paradox in Sweden...
...That's something for you guys to ponder at ;D

91% grade on my Industrial Orientation report, top of the class. Just have to ignore the 20% on Finances. It has been a good day.

Would've shown you the exit it had changed.

Summer is coming. Time to say goooodbye bodyfat and hellooooo good looking :)

I'm taking my own freedom
puttin' it in my song
singing loud and strong
proving all day long
I'm takin' my freedom
puttin' it in my stroll
I'll be hop-steppin' y'all
lettin' the joy unfold
