Nice to see this map getting SP mode, we used it for a tournament battle recently and its rather good.

ooh yer... this is THE map... most exciting point I experienced so far was taking the NW base on the small hill and attemptint to push on the next, fighting enemy I could not even see... totally immersive


HOWEVER,

I must say, I really wish you could make most stationary gun and mortar positions spawnable for bots. Many go unused, and this map could use the arty and mortar support, both for cinematic and support

Also, you might want to change the arty and mortar to their AI versions... that is, the ones with raised perspective. Most, even the howitzers should have a great range on this map.

Finally, could you possibly have this in COOP? Because in SP, the map and battle prove too large for just 200 frags, and the spawn time kills the momentum.

Played SP Bloody Gulch last night and its Bloody Good , yes I liked it , :) had 79 bots and 1 human and changed the Default Number Of Tickets to 1000 ! Hope you didn't mind but I changed the Sky.con with one from BF2,s maps, the FuShe Pass Sky.con and its got nice blue sky and the landscape is so lush and green now , what a Nice Map you made zxx43  ;)

It's very good, but it suffers from the same problem like many other normandy maps; the bots see through the bushes and snipe the hell out of the player  :'(
But SP coding and programming is doing a lot of progress, maybe that will also be fixable some day  :)
However, the pathfinding and navmeshing is perfect, and I totally love that map; the lighting gives a unique atmosphere and I enjoy the layout of the map.

The trick to handling to fighting bots you cant see, is to move in such a way that makes a smaller target.

Its mega fun moving amid hedgerows facing infantry and the mg of a distant panzer 4, and ducking beneath the hedgeline, moving from behind tree to behind tree.

Personally I dont see a fix for bots seeing past vegetation. Bots dont have 360 degree awareness and suffer deviation, so it balances. And really, lets face facts, you wont really get to see the enemy in rl each time.

Use grenades, agressive fire and maneovers and bob's your uncle.
