Title: The changed MG firing sounds
Post by: THeTA0123 on 30-08-2012, 18:08:38: Several machine guns got there firing sounds changed. I am talking about the Lewis gun and the Besa gun. I personnally find the new sounds a downgrade compared to the older ones.
I personally vote for putting the old ones back

Just wanna hear everyone's opinion on this

The Lewis though, I think the old one sounds better.

No. To me it sounds like I'm firing an airsoft gun now. Also if you fire only one bullet, the sound that comes out is like as if you shot twice. Just sounds kinda broken.

That is to compensate the lack of firing rate simulation in BF2 game engine. At least it sounded like real one.
