No it's a Orionwerk A.G. Hannover Rio 20C. It uses 9x12 cm film, which unfortunately is hard to find today  :-\
Some of it's specs:
COMPUR-Shutter
Doppel-Anastigmat
Helioplan 1:6.8 F=135mm

So no Tessar lens I'm afraid.

When I bought the camera it came with a lot of old film, some never opened. I wonder if they are still some what light sensitive. They are almost 100 years old. But I'll also try to get some new film. It's a shame Kodak don't have any 9x12 cm film. Most seems to have only the 5x4"

Unfortunately I haven't got the time to try the camera out right now, since I'm moving to Japan in 2 weeks. And I can't take it with me at the moment.

Thank you.

I feel I'm learning more and more for every new roll of film I do.
I'm like addicted to old cameras. I've only been taking photos for about a year when I bought my first film camera, a Rolleicord V. Now I have 5 old cameras  :P
My latest camera in the collection is a large-format camera from 1921.
This:

Can't wait to try it out

I've been starting to take more and more black and white photos lately and putting my Zeiss Ikon Bob 510 in good use. All pictures taken with Kodak Tmax 100.

Here's two pictures that I took when I was at Drottningholm palace in Sweden.

Both are taken with my Zeiss Ikon Bob 510 using Kodak Tmax 100

And here's a picture of my mom holding an old friend.
He was put to sleep just two days after this picture was taken. His kidneys had started to fail and he was in a lot of pain.

Gaming / Arma 3
« on: 28-05-2012, 00:05:44 »
I know there's some Arma players here. So I was quit surprises when there was no topic on Arma 3.
I had totally missed that there was a third game coming out. What I have seen looks amazing.

The light in the game looks awesome:

I never really played Arma 2, only the Demo, but I'm thinking about giving this one a try

Looks like they have deleted all of the comments made to there clips. And I have been blocked to post any new ones. I think posting on youtube won't work. We need some bigger guns.

Has anyone been in contact with EA or DICE? since they have clearly stolen from them as well. EA's black helicopters might do some good here  ;)

For the people who likes vintage photos.
I found a site that has some really good Vintage mugshots.

I like it how even the mugshots looked good back then.

So I recently got the first rolls shoot with my Hasselblad camera back from the lab. I don't develop my film myself yet, but
Here's the result of some of the pictures:
Haven't scanned all of them yet.

Got a light leak from the back on this one.

This is taken right down my beer glass that happens to have a picture of the devil printed at it's bottom :D

Was a really cold winter this year.

unfortunately my Hasselblad just broke down :(
I don't think it took the cold that well. But I think it's just a spring that's broken in it, because the focal-plane shutter won't close correctly.

I like the idea, but I don't think it would be good to have it on the map loading screen since it will always be the same message on the map it's put on. So you would need to put different messages on all maps.

Wouldn't be better to have random messages on the welcome screen that's showed when you log into the game? Right now it's just showing us to download FH2.4 which I think most have done already.

I have one big essay to do during this semester. I'm supposed to write about the differences in motion capture animation and key frame animation, the different stiles. I was thinking about doing a short animated film where I have realistic animated parts done with motion capture, and a more cartoon stile animation part using key frame animating. And I would use it as an reference in the essay, but sadly I don't think I'll have the time for it. Have to put a lot of time into the show reel course I'm going now. To get a good polished show reel done before graduation.

Then out into the scary world of film studios...

That's good to hear. I only by my film in packs of five now anyway. Still think it's sad that such an old company like Kodak goes under :/

Oh and, amazing picture from the Rolleicord. What film did you use ? Looks a bit like Ektar or E100 to me. Others are nice too :)

Thanks. If I remember correctly it's Kodak potra 160NC
Iv'e used Ektar 100 on the Rolleicord as well. The B&W pictures are taken with Kodak Tmax 400.

I Hope Kodak won't go under. Heard they are selling out allot of there patents in an attempt to save the company. Will miss there 120-film

Nice Leopards by the way. We have a version of them here in Sweden

This is a photo of the medieval wall in Visby, Sweden. Taken with a Zeiss Ikon bob 510.

Here's a windmill in Visby. Also taken with the Zeiss Ikon

Here's a photo overlooking Visby. Taken with a Rolleicord V

My newest camera is a Hasselblad 500c/m, that I gave my self for Christmas :P
Though I haven't developed any film rolls for it yet.

I hate this...
it's installed now, but this god damned server browser won't seem to work. It's been on "joining server" for ages.
Why couldn't they have created a normal server browser IN-GAME and not on the WEB
