Setting up FH0.7:
Install Battlefield 1942
Install BF42 patch 1.6 - http://battlefield2.filefront.com/file/Battlefield_1942_Full_Client_Patch;23189
Install BF42 patch 1.61 - http://battlefield2.filefront.com/file/Official_BF1942_Client_Patch_16_to_161b;33702
Install the gamespy fix - http://forum.bf1942.sk/files/bf1942-v1.61-nocd-widescreen-gamespy-fix.zip
Install FH0.7 - http://forgottenhope.warumdarum.de/downloads.php

Mappacks and Minimods:

Question:  I'm using the version of BF1942 w/o origin that is the http://team-simple.org/ version.  Will the standard .07 work with this?

Edit:  I managed to get it to work.  I installed the regular FH 0.7 version.  I then installed a wide screen fix that I downloaded from pixel-fighter.  Was able to play Gold beach, but crashed on Pavlov's house during load.  Set compatibility mode to Windows 98/ME and it's working like a charm.   ;D

Yes it works, i go the same way via Origin.
And i can play all the mods like on the CD USer Version.
Actually i have install:
Forgotten Hope 0.7
FHSW 0.552
Eve of Destruction 2.51
Battlegroup 42 1.8beta
Desert Combat Final
FH Revisited
BF 1941

All works fine, only the Punkbuster Servers sucks.
They kick me out.
But that is only on the Desert Combat Mod a problem.
The other communities turn the Punkbuster off.

I updated the official download page for FH0.7 with sources to the updated Origin and Win7 compatible installer. Torrent and a few different http sources.
