Jesus, the clock at the top of the news page is on UTC.  When that reaches 18:00, then you can go mental with the F5 button.

And amazingly it is 17.34 GMT everywhere.  It seems UK people have the hardest time with LocalTime != GMT all year long.

No, people in london have GMT time for 6 months a year and GMT + 1 for the other 6. I can believe it can be confusing from time to time.

I had to learn to change my pc time to moroco gmt rather than london to avoid it going berserk some days in the year.
