Spot for artillery. Defend a flag. Capture assist. Repair destroyed static guns. Spot for artillery once more.

why do you need 100 flags, when you can capture 5 flags dozens of times during one battle?

No, but if you work together with your squad, it is almost impossible to not earn a lot of teampoints. Capping, defending and assisting in capping flags is the easiest way to earn them, but there are many others, like Kubador posted.

Here's a tip: stop looking at your score!

Satisfaction in this game should come from denying the enemy their goals and helping your team achieve it's goals.  No scoring/ranking system will ever properly reflect this, so ignore it.

Try the Tiger's MG gunner position on Ramelle, really boring but I suppose it's the best way if you want to farm teamplay points.
As for as I'm concerned, I pick scout kits over assault kit most of the time because you get lots of kill assists thanks to artillery.

I tend to either serve as bren driver on Port en Bessin and let my mg gunner cover the street.
Drive a German halftruck into a defensive position, say on Vossnack.
Spot a lot, and at heavy target areas.
Be a squad leader and position your squad to cap heavily contended-for flags, hold the flanks, and hence get lots of kills etc.

Actually, if you were a squad leader, you tend to get these naturally, because people spawn on you  in vehicles and you have a dedicated kit with binoculars.

Be an mg gunner and cover a flag when expecting a counter attack.

These all serve to give you teamwork points.

Oh, and yes, repair damaged tanks and artillery guns, includjg AT and AA, EXAMPLE on Gazala.

Spot for artillery...

Is the way for earn a lot of points if the guy on the artillery knows how use it. And spot is a very necessary thing, a lot of times artillery not receive any target but are a lot of people playing as scout.

If the guy in artillery kill something, you earn points. If artillery guy makes teamkill, you will not be punished. Is a situation where you can't lose.

PR has a great teamwork scoring system and i just learned about it yesterday despite playing since 2009. You get points for regular stuff (killing, building, capturing, defending). Then you get points for survivability, points for kills depend on threat level (Killing a tank as inf gives more points than the other way around as well as killing inf that has a pretty good k/d r), 25% points awarded to squadmembers close to you and from squad members close to you for everything you and they do, extra bonuses for staying alive and closer to each other. This is a great way to improve team play overall.

Actually it would be great to know how exactly the point system in FH2 works.

Here is the thread on that in PR Click me

Yes, these days i play entire maps without killing one person yet remain in top 10 pretty often.
Just simply having a squad doing most of the fighting and capping.
