I know there is at least 1 decently populated Chinese server, but you would have to ask the chinese players about it as I've never had a reason to join it.

You could get the one of you with the best computer to host a local server over hamachi, which is like a LAN but over the internet.  Or you could all join a public server with the lowest ping - one in Australia or China.

Sir, could you teach me how to setup server over Hamachi? I've ever used it once for SA:MP, but me as client, so I don't know how to be a server. Anyway, I'm downloading FH2 v2.25 server files, is it necessary to build my own server over Hamachi? Thanks for your kindness sir.

I'm not sure how it work exactly, but I doubt that you need the server files (these are for the dedicated servers only).

I think that all you need to do is open the hamachi network and then load up FH2 and go Multiplayer->Local Server.  Put in the maps and paramters you want and then hit the load server (or play) button.  Other people on the network will then be able to join by connecting directly to your IP as shown by hamachi.

I don't think that matters.  If you have it, either use it or not.  If you don't have it don't bother - I mean it sounds like you know the people you want to play with.
