A thread wich i did a long time ago, let us see what the people's favorite bolt action rifle is in 2.4!

Since it is difficult to choose, i allowed >2< Votes per person

Feel free to post what you voted for, or to post a top 3 or top 5 of your preferred bolt action rifle

Keep in mind, we are only talking about the standard infantry bolt action rifle, not the sniper ones.

1. M1917 Enfield . I just love the sights
2.Carcano fucile di fanteria 91 Its a carcano! A CARCANO! i have one myself! Great rifles
3.Lee enfield no 4. 10 rounds, fast ROF, good sights,what else you want?
4.M1903A3 springfield. That sound.... That Sounnd!!
5. Karbiner 98 (No sight hood). I cant hit a barn with the sight hoods on!

What bolt action rifles i would love to see one day=
-non scoped pattern 14 rifles
-Beutewaffen, like a VZ 24 wich was used alot, aswel as Steyr-mannlichers for some german ammo kits
-More carcano modells!

I voted one time, because you can only have one favourite imo. It is the No 4, it does stuff which keeps surprising me, especially at very long range.

My favourite is M1917 and I also would like to see non-scoped pattern 14 someday, but it is NO needed in game, now. I voted for two: M1917 and SMLE

Also: there is no such thing as pattern 17

1. No.4 Endfield : Incrdible rifle, I perform really well to extreme ranges to CQB. I fall in love with this rifle the day it comes out.

2. P17 Endfield : Since the Paleolithic, I hated the Garand, so I have to find an alternative. At the begining I was trying to get the K98 of a german I've just killed, until I've discovered the P17. Before 2.4 the BAR was good, but since 2.4 I perform bad with BAR, so now I almost exclusivly uses the P17 on American maps(one of the reason I hate Ramelle )

I also like a lot the SMLE, I perform really well with it, but the No.4 is incredible. The K98 is also awsome, but I have sometimes some problems with the sight on the early version. The Carcano's are good, but I have some problems with the sight sometimes. For the new M1903, I haven't tried it a lot, but I kinda have some difficulties with it on PdH, since its the same kind of sight than the Garand..

Carcano 91 is the best - I find it has the best ironsights of all the weapons in the mod.
SMLE is second here - Decent ironsights + high capacity.

I love the K98 either version. I am not as good without the sight hood, but the gun is still my favourite- with the sight hood i can hit about anything, especially at close range when I don't use the blade, just aim within the hood  .

I truly cant hit a barn with the sight hooded K98    i just missed 4 shots at 150 meters on Brest

If there is Mosin Nagant model 1891/30, it will my favorite.

Currently, I prefer Pattern 17 rifle. It has the most familiar sights for me.

The Enfield rifle has the sights in the whole game, plus 10 round mag, accurate and it sounds badass. The K98K with hood has great sights and with the hood, I can easily follow any infantry. But, I dont like the sound much; it sounds very, very weird, like a wannabe supressed sound.
