« on: 07-04-2016, 18:04:15 »To all the fitness guys hereAfter the workout. Before you workout you need energy. Energy is in carbohydrates. 1-2 hours before you train you should eat a portion of oatmeal, noodles etc.
Do you eat protein before or after your workout?
During the course of the training your muscles get small cracks and later need protein to build up.
Though tbh I don´t see much of a problem eating the protein before your workout as long as you have a sufficient and steady supply of both carbohydrates and protein.
