I'm amazed by you, all you French FH2 players that hang around here.

That you have all failed to mention this movie I'm about to talk about now.

The movie is...

OSS 117: Le Caire, nid d'espions

IMDB http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0464913/
Trailer http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi468058393/

The trailer is bad but the movie...

It's great, it's a parody of all the James Bond movies you can think of starring a French Sean Connery with a lot of good humour and some action.

I feel bad saying it's a parody. Every time somebody mentions 'Parody' I think of Scary Movie and crap like that. But this is how a parody should work. Using the typical themes of the subject, in this case all James Bond and agent movies ever made during the 60's and using it to make a fun, interesting and almost hilarious movie in a nice good looking pack.

If you are not amazed by the intro of this movie, well, then you just suck at movies.

8 out of 10 (even close to a 9!)

True grit

9.5/10

A truly amazing film by the Coen brothers. A beautifull story, good old classic westren touch(But not cliche), great actors and a nice ending.

Teasing, son of a bitch!  ;D I still want to see that movie, such a big fan of the Coen Bro's and Jeff Bridges. Didn't run in the local cinema, don't want to pirate it and I hate expensive DVD's. Argh.

Bladerunner: Theatrical Cut.

Wow, good movie.
I think this would have been the Matrix of the 80's, without the decent sequels.

Terminator.

Well, it was my first time seeing it. Good movie, lives up to everything I've heard about it. 4.7/5

-.3 for a few shoddy animations with the actual terminator

Finished Thor a few nights ago.

It was alright, but nothing special.

Favorite scene? Thor crashing a cup of coffee screaming 'Another!'

Can't wait for The Avengers.

...

I think Thor is a textbook definition for a bland movie. Not bad, but just not... there. It doesn't do anything for the Audience, it's like a pre-movie to Avengers with a story that could have been done in even less than half it's runtime of whopping 115min.
I hope they make a decent Avengers movie which will be more like Captain America and not Thor.

Yep liked this film...the story gives some really unexpected surprises.

Talking about bad movies, yesterday finished Pirates 4: On stranger tides. And I must say that the producers should not have even bothered to make this movie. Pirates 3 ended it all and that's how it should have remained. Watching this movie gave me the sensation that I know what's going to happen next. Film's plot was a bit too simple. Also the fact they almost changed all the cast, except Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush and Gibbs (forgot the actor's name) doesn't help at all. Score: 2/10

I agree regarding the 'Bland' argument but Captain American wasn't that much better IMHO but I think these two combined with the rest of The Avenger crew will make something really worth waiting for...
