Brilliant. I was waiting for BF3 to go cheap because I didn't think it was worth 40 to 60 Euros. Well, 22 Euros and I got BF3, a DLC and that Karkand expansion. (Fuchsy loves himself some Karkand).

This is a nice offer but I made a vow never to give EA a single penny anymore. And I intend to keep it...

Plus I can't really get the money ready to buy it in time...

If it wouldn´t need Origin I might consider buying it. But then, I´m going to Munich, visiting the Oktoberfest next week, so I guess investing the money in beer and pretzels would be a wiser choice.

I haven't really kept up with this game. How much money do you actually have to spend to not feel inferior to everyone else content wise? How many DLC's are there and how many are worth getting?

BtK is Bf2 maps remade (the good ones). Armored kill is closest to true Battlefield gameplay they say... Close quarters is for hectic infantry action (aka CoD fanboys) and the others are still in the making IIRC. Oh and the premium is still 50 €... All in all, even with the "special discount" it's still 60 € for the whole game (oops I meant series)...
