This is the latest and most improved version of the model.
I did it for the SCW minimod but sadly it hasn´t progressed a lot...

General Discussion / People needed to make a small film

We are going to make small film representing the assesination attempt of Heydrich carried out by members of the Czech resistante.

More details upon request!

We basically need:

-Heydrich
-Heydrich´s driver
-Attempter 1
-Attempter 2

But we can use as many extras as we can get!
The main problem we got is that we don´t know wich server we can use to record it...that has battlerecorder enabled too.

It would be damn useless to fire it standing,but not crouched...

Suggestions / No health bar on tanks

I just had the idea...
What if the tanks were just like the infantry,no health bar?
It would add to the inmersion because,a subjetive point of view of how strong a tank is would be introduced...
People tend to think that health bar represents the armor or something like that.
Anyway,that is my point...
What do you think,would it add to the inmersion and would be good or not?

Well,simple model...it was a mine made of wood so it couldn´t be detected easily.
But I have a question...how would it work ingame?
It is smaller than a S-Mine,so,if you think the render is small,well,it is actually zoomed.
It is not that powerfull and if I get it ingame I would like to give it some differences to distinguish it from the S-Mines...

Suggestions / Commander ability for British side

Hi.
I am new to FH community but I have been reading the forums for years and I´ve played FH since 1999.
Currently,the commander role is boring and very underused...
A good idea to make the British commander more interesting could be to give him the Substitutiary Locomotion ability.

What do you think?
Wouldn´t it be cool?
German commander could have the Zauberteppich ability to counter-attack it!

Modding / How to make a Render [3ds Max]

I´m going to tell you how I make the renders of my models.

1: Make a ground plane.
 It shall be gray if the model is not textured.
 If the model is textured,you can use grass,ground or whatever you think that looks fine.



2: Place a Skylight.
You can place it anywhere,it doesn´t matter.


3: Adjust the settings
Activate "Cast shadows" and then at "Rays per sample" box write "3"

4: Now render the perspective window and make sure the position of the camera and everything is correct.
Also,make sure that no background is seen,just the ground plane must be seen.
Click F10 and then click render.


5: If it is correct,change "Rays per Sample" to "20"
Now you have a good render
