Expect a Patch by Sunday this weekend.

Maps to be included:
1. Op. Cobra Meshes for 2.45. Its now almost as epic as Alam Halfa, sometimes more so
2. Sidi Bou Zid Meshes for 2.45 - We changed gameplay slightly, but its as epic as you imagine it should be.
3. St. Vith - Biggest street to street combat map, even above Brest.
4. New mesh for Falaise Pocket
5. New mesh for Luttich
6. New mesh for Sidi Rezegh. The underground apartment is now fully accesible and flag cap is underground as should be. Also has better counterattack by Germans
7. El Alamein - Full use of the area behund 88s at meteriya ridge, AT guns fully used on Kidney ridge.
8. Anctoville - New meshes for Conquest mode.


Issues delaying release, and which may not be fixed by release.
1. Double-cap flags. St. Vith especially suffers for this with its first 2, Cobra sometimes does too
2 Unique vehicles in Sidi Bou Zid CTD eg. the M5 gun-truck,

Will AI still attempt to get into vehicles that aren't coded for them?

Sadly no, the AI work done was focused on the next patch, so it would take as much work changing it to suit 2.45.

The maps work, but vehicles not previously used would still not work in SP such as the M5 truck and M3 Grant.

Bots don't use these as well as we'd like, so although I can appreciate how much of a disappointment this is, gameplay-wise, it really makes little difference to the flow of battle.

I am happy inform you all that the link for the SP hotfix is finally in.

THIS has been the sole reason for this thread. Please download this, BACKUP your fh2 folder and apply the pack as instructed.

This pack comes with
NEW NAVMESHES FOR:
 1. Sidi Bou Zid (Also included Remick04's custom gameplay for Co-op) *NEW*
2. St. Vith *NEW*
3. Falaise Pocket
4. Anctoville (To account for changes done prior to 2.45)
5. Bardia
6. El_Alamein (Better use of PAK guns defending Kidney ridge, makes use of the entire map)
7. Eppeldorf
8. Hurtgen Forest (Includes Vehicle mesh)
9. Fall of Tobruk (Better use of entire map, including use of Allied tanks)
10. Operation Hyacinth
11. Operation Luttich (Updated to include entire map and make use of current layout)
12. Sidi Rezegh (Better attack-counter-attack, use of all stationary guns, updated to use entire underground base and 2.45 layout)
13. St. Lo Breakthrough (Still WIP commander AI)
14. Operation Cobra (Now, IMO, the 2nd most epic tank batte after Alam Halfa in SP/ Co-op fully taking advantage of Natty's Bocage, German tank reinforcement and multiple crossings at the Windmill)

Improved AI for vehicle and weapon use, including AI for ALL vehicles found in FH2.45
Improved Radio comms for bots only. Don't expect to command them, but they are more vocal
Fix for Flag bug, where both teams have a single flag. Should especially be noticeable on St. Vith & Op. Cobra.

All aspects of the pack should be compatible with FH2.45.

Feedback is most welcome.

NOTE: Only for those who downloaded the initial version of the patch.

V.2 does NOT require this.

So my attention was drawn to a small mistake I made, leaving the debug files in the ai.ai folder for El Alamein, Op. Cobra, St. Lo and Hurtgen.

Download this .RAR file. It contains only those maps.
And replace them as you apply.

Of course. All already in beta thanks to Remick04.

But seeing that we kinda left the Singleplayer community with little in 2.45.
This is my attempt to make amends.
