Well I just came up with two problems. One: I have forgotten to research airborne infantry. Two: I have forgotten to research transport planes.
However, Soviet Union is such a funny country to play in DH because you get three transport plane fleets and one airborne division even if they are not researched
Also a edit into to the situation in europe. June 1947, Allied occupation zone turned into Federal Republic of Germany (FGR) and because of that, our great leader Joseph Stalin gave the order to set up DDR

I would like to present to you guys two best capitalism - communism partition I have ever done Pictures are from my USSR game (Darkest hour is the game).
First, central europe.
Second, China. (I expect those Japanese forces in south to be routed anytime soon.)
And here we have the list of Warsaw-pact countries and their military strength.
Communist China was able to gain that much of ground because I gave all my cavalry armies to them as an expeditionary force and that followed Soviet tanks under my own control that acted as support.
United states are currently attacking Japanese puppet of Burma and India from ROC and are also taking over Indochinse union that is also Japanese puppet.
What to do next? My navy is basicly nonexistent so a landing into Japan is out of opiton currently. Perhaps an airborne invasion?

There should be a tutorial in the game, but don't bother playing Hoi3. It's much inferior compared to Hoi2 games. I suggest you should start with vanilla Hoi2 or it's add-on games.

« on: 07-08-2011, 22:08:30 »First off, a silencer and a supressor are different, this is a supressor, it is designed to make it hard for the enemy to detect what is shooting hime, is muffles the sound in a way that your ears cant just pinpoint the direction like with a normal rifle. It also kills the flash. A bit like sander et al. said.
Also, a bit of topic, but i need an ID on this one.
It's an T-44, 1,823 were built from 1944 to 1947. It was not used on eastren front, but they were sent to far east but arrived too late to be in a combat.

Something rather funny happened in my Hoi DH game.
First, I defeat France in 1915 and in Versiless treaty, I get Congo and Wallonia from Belgium and puppet them, from France I get their colonies in Equatorial Africa and some parts from France itself.
From UK I did not get anything...
BUT, the point where I am going is this:

The rebellion has spread to French colonies in africa, atleast Senegal and Gabon are free
The situation in east front is very much alive, but the Russians are taking a beating:

How can you guys like it? To me, WoT sucks ass. It's just horrible to play as a tier 3 or below light tank and the way I see it, it won't change at all when going further in tiers....
