Will you allow independent Mercenary Squads or say a Special Forces squad to work independent from the Command Chain?

My main problem with the tournaments have been Favoritism & Bad Leadership.

Thanks,

 ;)

Normally no.

I guess you've had bad luck then. I had excellent leadership for the most part of my campaigns. Also, when i was leading myself i always let everyone try everything out etc, so no favoritism there.

Perhaos you should try again.

 Perhaps.........

For all you new players to Fh2, dont let my opinion of these Tournaments dissuade you from giving it a try.

They are excellent environments for NEW PLAYER to learn the ropes.......

However, old VETS such as myself tend to be stubborn & work better unrestrained.

I may give it another try anyway........

This weekend we will Scrim over some Pacific maps.  I think Wake Island and Guadalcanal at least.  Come and join us if you want to experience the Pacific Front in an organized battle.

Campaign 30, Scrim Number Three

The Beaches are So Nice
But Beware of Gifts

This is the last Scrim before the regular Battle schedule begins next week. There will be two theatres of operation in this scrim. It's time to get our feet wet in a vacation paradise, or so that's what the USMC is telling the marines. Attend and play some new maps as we prepare our teams for organized battle against one another.

The Battles Begin
In a World at War

The first battle of the Campaign begins. The Axis won the Scrims and have chosen to attack the Allies in Egypt. The battle will take place as the sun rises over the Nile river delta. The glare of the low morning sun and the river mist limit views. The treacherous murky waters of rivers, these being mere streams to the mighty Nile, require fording when a bridge is not near. The land is dry, but the terrain is rough. This will be a battle to grow a fighting force.

It's this but with the teams reversed.  I think it's a Paasky map.

Words that send shivers down the spine for anyone ill-fated enough to have witnessed one of my maps in action  ;D
It's half naked people on boats. That's all.
Here in Finland we call that "summer".

It's very simple.  Join WaW, help out a few years, become a Tournament Admin and you will get access to most of the custom maps and content.  You then have to contact the individual mappers and modders to get the rest of it.  That's it.
