I enjoy both FH2 and PR.

Of course people are entitled to their opinions, and opinions are great. I just meant like, when the occasional person comes along and only bases his opinions off of PR, and wants dozens of PR features in Fh2. Sometimes that gets frustrating.

I probably should have explained what I meant.... better.

Civius basically said what I meant  :).

I agree with you Bosco, rep for truth.

People are entitled to their opinions. If they like PR or a certain feature in PR, they should be free to open a discussion about it.
Yes, that is true. But the problem is that nobody ever uses a search function which causes the fact that Rally Points are suggested once in 2 months, average.

The only thing annoying bout PR is that u always have to adjust ur crosshairs when u wanna go back to play FH2

Altough i dont mind the autoreload being off.I have been playing without it lately, and it sure kicks up some extra feeling :D
-i am fairly sure that if they took porn off the internet, there would only be one website left and it would be called bring back the porn "Perry cox, Scrubs.

Hehe, thats 1 of the things that made me delete PR, it messes up Vanilla and other mods. I always use red crosshairs, PR makes them grey somehow.

You´re not completely "dead" when you´re hit in PR, it´s more a state of not being able to fight anymore because of too much blood-loss. You just die immediately when you receive a peace of lead into the head. But you´re right, the "magic" reviving isn´t realistic, but AFAIk the PR-devs are aware of that. But still I´d call PR more "realistic" than FH2 (Can a game ever realisticly create war?) because of the weapon behaviour etc.

Oh, is that why my crosshairs are grey?  I actually like the grey for FH2! :p

What? In what ways?
Weapon behaviour for example. It takes some time to sttel the rifle, take aim and hit. in FH2 I can go "Iron sights->kill" in no-time (I hope youg et what I mean). Or gameplay in general. In FH2 you find many rushing people while in PR it takes some time to get into combat. Also your overall scores are different. You barely see an infantry soldier with too many kills. Like in RL you spend time supressing the enemy etc.
The thing FH2 really beats PR is tank combat but I guess it´s because of the difference in tank behavier when you compare WW2 to modern combat. Today you abrely find tanks that are truely superior to another tank.

Well thats the reason for me, after removing PR totally and reinstalling FH2 it's gone.

Lobo.. please use [sarcasm][/sarcasm].  ::)

Ok.. i really love PR.. i would make maps for them (Especially for the Argentinian Forces Faction) but i found it too complicated. I may take a look later.

Actually, i had FH2 uninstalled and PR installed, so i've installed FH2 because i want to map for it. Something i dont like.. i hate from PR is the Size of the Downloads. But the more bigger the Download is.. the more fun the mod is.

I actually find PR overly realistic. It just is not fun to play. I would much rather see a realistic-ish modern mod with gameplay along the lines of FH.

I would agree with Recon, it's almost too much 'realism' to have in a game to even have it be enjoyable anymore as it is a simulator.

It can be fun with people you know when you get into fire fights, but thats rare.

Although its a good mod and succeeds at what its trying to aim for, it's just too much to make it enjoyable to myself. Even RO is a bit on the annoying side sometimes, and thats not nearly as bad. At least it doesn't make me dizzy like playing Resistance and Liberation...
