Was rush rush rush today driving back and forth in town, doing small jobs and staying on the move. Car started making weird noises and my stress level peaked and i was just getting really sad.
I happened to be driving between a town and another small town, where there is a bunch of open fields overlooking the Ottawa river (Canada, obvs) and it was so beautiful with the sun just setting. I stopped the car, sat on the hood and had a cigarette as i watched it for a bit. It calmed me down entirely and i had a better day because of it.
