There were several moments of "oh why for the love of god am I doing this???" And now my neck can barely turn, my back is aching, my legs feel like they've been filled with cement & whacked by several sledgehammers, and my brain is barely functioning.

Pfft, that's nothing. Haaga-Helia "8 day" wappu -> 10 days/evenings/nights of drinking. And I've got the diploma to prove it:

I see this as a violation on Net neutrality. As other european countries already have laws, which prohibit such a download limit set by telephone companies, I am somehow sure that this wont turn out as bad as some people say. So either the limit will be set as high, that you can barely reach it or - even better - new laws (even some european) will stop such plans.

Puff, some source? In Finland it's already on for Sonera mobile users for a while. And that's only few Gbs per month, like 2 or so.

DNA and Saunalahti at least had 3GB limit some time ago.
My Saunalahti has no limits on anything. And I have 3 of their connections (DSL, 3G USB, 3G phone).

I can't see why at least one or two companies can't create a huge PR boost by offering uncapped to customers who have come to think of that as the norm. I personally could never be a Sonera customer (in FIN) because they dare offer capped connections.

You do realize these celebrations broke out after the arrest of guy #2, not after the killing of the guy #1? I see absolutely no problem in celebrating the capture of a murderer, however over-the-top it may seem.

If you want to draw paralells, how exactly did the Norwegians react once Breivik was captured? I can't remember, as I was InterRailing at the time and had pretty much no contact with any news.

If the police are stupid enough to use public channels, yes.

Also, the authorities must be monitored 24/7 by the people to notice any bad behaviour ;)

Yeah, I doubt the death of 20-60 million (depending on sources) was really required to get a bunch of factories up and running...

Nor the mostly pointless death of millions of Soviet soldiers due to the military leadership being pretty much incompetent at what they were doing, at least between 1939-1941.

Is it wrong to imagine this game is all about dodging incoming cars/pedestrians/truck wheels/cows/tanks?

It's a film about new combat tactics adopted by Finnish Defence Forces. In Finnish only, but who cares. Kinda looks cool :)
"Elkköö sitä ihimetelkö, vaan keskittykköö ommaan tehtäväänne" :D Tuntematon Sotilas has taught me whenever a soldier speaks like that, they mean business  8)

A classic motti situation there, nice.

Godwin's Law threatens me, but when you think of it, dubbing really came to prominence in the 1930's in Germany, Italy, post-Civil War Spain, and the Soviet Union (and coincidentally, France), ostensibly to "protect national culture and language".

That does not sound at all suspicious, does it? I mean, all those governments probably just thought for the very best of the audience and certainly not censorship or altering the message or inserting propaganda or anything like that, nosir, Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia.
When you watch a dubbed movie, you're watching it with Hitler. Gotcha :P

Had those for dessert at the party I was at last night. Ended up as a food fight. My overall smells terrible now.
