Strange "users"

Browsed through the username out of boredom and found many strange names:

3-instant-cash-loans
3-instant-decision-loans
3-instant-loans
3-insurance-quotes
.
.
.
and many more. Some of them were made in 2013. Is this normal or some kind of hack?
